"Cosy and Relaxed & Comfortable."

"Had a wonderful stay. The spa was amazing but be sure to make a reservation in order to use the space. Parking for the hotel is along the city streets and must be paid for via an app between the hours of 9 am and 9 pm. The front desk staff assisted us with setting up the app upon our arrival. The hotel is located within walking distance of the Old Harbor area which hosts a variety of restaurants, bars, and tour meeting places. Finally, while the breakfast buffet was adequate, there were other options close by to choose from."

"The room was small as the expected. Very clean. Blanket was exceptionally comfortable and warm. The mattress on the bed was sunken in the middle and looked/felt like it should have been replaced months ago. "

"Proactive and friendly front desk staff. I commented that the initial room I was allocated felt a little small. The staff immediately changed our room to a more comfortable one. What was most impressive was the proactively and responsiveness of the hotel staff. Incredible service!"

"I asked for an early check in option and was told it wasn’t possible (no problem there) but the confirmation email said i could leave my luggage there until my check in time. I never received any codes for front door or luggage room, on the day of my check in I got to the building and couldn’t get in, so I stayed out in the rain until another guest was leaving and I took the change to get in the building. Coffee machine wasn’t working, I was wet and couldn’t get in the luggage room to drop my bags (i was still early for my check in), so even if I wanted to leave I wasn’t able to get back inside since I still had no codes. Usually all the other hotels I have been to send out the front door code at least 12 hrs before check in. I saw one of the staff persons and asked her for the luggage room code, after showing proof I was staying there, and they were very helpful, even though I was trying to chat via costumer service with the facility I was getting no replies. Was able to drop my bags and go out to eat something, that’s when I got and email with all the codes, including my room #. When I got to my room it was so dusty, that it was obvious nobody stayed there that morning, so the courtesy (or even if they wanted to charge me a fee for an early check in) was denied without a reasonable reason. There were also what it looked like sauce stains on the floor, I immediately started to look for a different place to stay and asked if I could change the length of my stay n they said no"
