"Good location. Several eating options to walk to. Close to airport Clean room. Comfy mattress and quality linen. Airport shuttle needs to be called for ahead of time so owner explains they only have a few minutes to wait at airport. Messages not returned from hotel .So booked taxi!!! "I made a reservation for this hotel in February 2026. When we arrived on the evening of June 3, we were told that due to a "maintenance issue" our room wasn't available, and that we needed to go to another hotel several miles away, and with a lower star rating. As other's have reported similar issues, it seems that this hotel will deliberately bump a reservation if they can find a higher paying one. "Apartment was really nice. Had one little issue with check in. Wanted to check in early and pay the fee but the previous guests had not left yet. No problem. Came back hours later and was told that it was clean and ready but they were waiting for the final check. Was told I would get a text when it was ready.
