"The hotel was great! Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and we loved the kitchen area. However, the AC couldn’t be turned on and the blanket was very warm and there was no sheet, so we were very hot at night and didn’t sleep well. Also, it was advertised as having a smart TV and it did not, which was disappointing! "

"Der Unterkunft war sehr sauber, Handtücher und Bettwäsche wären vorhanden.1spüll Tablette!Was uns jedoch extrem gestört hat und sofort dem Eigentümer informiert hatten,war die Kälte ab 19.00uhr.Laut die Antwort ist alles normal beste Thermostat in Deutschland und normal das Temperatur ab 22.00 Uhr runter fählt.Aber trotz -10.00 Grad draußen wollte er nichts veratellen.Wohnzimmee 14.00grad. Nach eine Nacht sind wir Abend abgereist machte es kein Sinn mehr zu frieren."

"ABZOCKE! Trotz vorheriger Zahlung wurde ich nicht ins Hotel gelassen. Buchung angeblich storniert - ohne vorherige Info (eine Stornierung habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten). Mein Geld ist weg, ich erhalte keine Rückerstattung! Finger weg! Das Hotel reagiert gar nicht"

"It’s a fabulous apartment, just ten minutes from the Hbf and Dom and round the corner from the start of the shopping districts. It’s swanky and stylish and the bed is very comfortable. But a couple of things could be improved on: there’s no light over the bathroom sink (it’s behind you) which means basically shaving in the dark; the kitchen sink tap never once ran hot; and there’s sometimes too much style over substance - instead of plates and bowls, there’s a big, designer globe which stacks...
