Täglich neue Handtücher und Tee und Kaffee - allerdings in täglich wechselnden Quantitäten. Es scheint keinen fixen Standard zu geben. Teehäferl wurden nicht immer täglich...

For example, they stored our luggage for the day until it was time to check in and also arranged an early morning taxi for us to get to the airport. "It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The hotel is located in a quiet, secluded part of the old town and is a beautifully renovated house with a medieval atmosphere. Unfortunately, the weather was not very good during our stay on Rhodes Island, but spending time in the comfortable rooms or in the library area—reading books or playing chess—was a precious part of our holiday. "Room felt very damp..bedding felt damp..not sure if this was perhaps the first time being used for a while... Pool is very very small and I don't like the way anyone,non residents can come in and book sunbeds.. Breakfast was poor...very much "meh" Functional not appetising...some mornings this greek hotel had no greek yogurt..! "Very welcoming from the outset. The hotel is located inside the walls of the old town and you cannot drive up to the door of hotel. Parking is available outside of the old town walls. The hotel contacted me to ask when i was arriving and scheduled staff to meet me at my car in a golf cart for a short ride to the hotel with our luggage. "The room was very smaller than I anticipated, so double check the size with their website. The junior room is cramped for 2 people. If you get the bigger room it’s fine. Also, I would recommend the hotel to improve the entry door security (closing properly every time and secure passcode). The noise coming from the open air rock bar could barely be heard with windows closed and we were light sleepers. Other than that the staff very extraordinarily kind and welcoming at every interaction....

"Room was spotless on Arrival, And we were early! And Reception did all they could to get us in our room ASAP (3 hours earlier than actual check in time!) Staff were all lovely and helpful when needed, Polite and well spoken, from reception staff to the cleaners and the guys dealing with Breakfast. Air Con was ice cold and already on in the room when we arrived in it, and was included in the price. Hotel is handy for everything Rhodes - as you are pretty much in the middle of everything...

Das Hotel ist renoviert, hat aber bereits einige Gebrauchsspuren. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, der Zimmerservice sehr gründlich. Die Betten sind gut. Die Ausstattung genügt einfachen Ansprüchen.
