"I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. I received an upgrade, allowing me a one bedroom apartment. It was very clean and bright. The gym was nice has were all of the other amenities."

"I enjoyed the breakfast and the room was comfortable but the most important thing to me was the location. The hotel is perfectly situated for access to the main railway station. The tram stopped right outside and took you to the metro line D which went to the old town. Very convenient. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and Westfield is right outside the door."

"The Hotel L’Imperial Palace is in a great location next to the lake. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They assisted us in arranging a private boat trip around Lake Annecy. Overall a perfect hotel stay."

"Best welcome during our entire stay in France. Room was very good, nice high bed & very good facilities. Bathroom nice & clean, good shower. Fridge, microwave, hob , very good. Breakfast was nice. Carpark nice & safe & good price. Would highly recommend."
