"The chalet was clean and comfortable and in a lovely peaceful and picturesque location. However we did have a problem with the bathroom door as lock was lose and on occasions we couldn't get out of the bathroom or in if the door was properly closed. "We couldn't believe it when we arrived as we were so looking forward to a well deserved break and relax .but we found our accommodation to be a nightmare . The place was not what was advertised. It smelled musky and it clearly hadnt been cleaned ,the kitchen was not what was advertised, dirty pits,pand and cutlery. The carpets were dirty. And then to find our beds with mouse droppings on was the last straw.my family were in tears "

"Nothing really around but , it’s above a pub. Small carpark and if you come back after 6 you will struggle to park. Shower was temperamental and we asked for more milk but didn’t get this until after we’re asleep. It was left outside the room. The free breakfast is a small continental breakfast. Neither the less, still nice. You can buy a full breakfast. If you’re looking to Climb Snowdon, which we did, it’s a good 45 minute drive away. But if you want to get your head down, it’s the place to stay."
