"Large property, with lots of things for the kids to do. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Kids loved the kids club, free arcade, pools, playground and chocolate hour! "I love Marriott hotel. And when there is one, meaning it will be located in the best part of the town. It same goes to Four Points Batam. The hotel is really great addition to the town. It is clean and new. The neighbouring area is an interesting district to explore. It is in the heart of Batam :) "

"Despite being a hotel that is quite old, we appreciate that the room was renovated to a modern look and we like the beddings and stuff. However the bathroom was a let down because sewage odour kept escaping through the floor traps. To cover the smell, the housekeeping use urinal mat, commonly used in public men's toilet urinals, as deodoriser, making not only the bathroom but the whole room (in fact the whole floor) to smell like public toilet."
