"When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk, so I couldn't go inside the hotel and check in. A staff member who worked at the restaurant came down and opened the door for me to wait. When the staff member then arrived and told me about the arrival situation, they didn't apologize for keeping me waiting, but simply said the hotel door was always closed. I stayed for three days."

"The overall stay was good but I just wish the check in process were better that they could have inform us a little bit earlier before we arrive or checked in. I emailed them before arrival but they reply really late. We stayed there from Sunday to Wednesday and there's a change in the gate code to get inside the building. They never informed us. They told me to email me the new code instead of just saying it directly and I waited for their email which never came. So I have to call them and ask...

"Staying at the Central House was good. My dorm room and bed were very clean, and I felt safe, which is unique when sleeping in a room with other adults! My only complaint was the bathrooms. When I checked in, the bathroom in the room was messy (which I blamed on the other people in the room, not housekeeping). Luckily there were two external fully equipped bathrooms outside in the hall which were more comfortable, private, and cleaner. Unlimited breakfast was good, although I don’t take...

"Beautiful apartment right on the river with great views. High ceilings, lovely decor. It has the essentials, and a kitchen, fridge. Nice bathroom and bedroom. The WiFi cuts in and out through out the day. There is no reception or anyone on location to help. I used WhatsApp with the number provided and they seem to respond. The location is on the waterfront so you are going to have to hike 15 minutes up the hill to the nearest metro station. No elevator , might not be the best for kids...
