Vamos lá: o Blue Tree vai ter que rebolar para fazer ser o que era. O que existe de bom lá é o que foi herdado (inclusive uns poucos funcionários da "antiga"). Quarto impecável, mas o que era diferecial deixou de ser- a exemplo os produtos de banho alguns eram faltantes e claramente economizados.Os jantares eram melhores e mais ricos - o padrão caiu. Assim os diferenciais que eram atendimento rapido é ágil, luxo cosmético e cozinha, cairam. Ruim? Jamais - mas não vale 2000 reais a diária. Muita criança e aquela quebra do silêncio que fazia diferença. Blue Tree terá que correr atrás e valer-se de inteligência hoteleira e cultura de manutenção de padrão ou em 2 anos estará quebrado o negócio (ali, pelo menos).

Para mim, esse hotel sempre foi referência em todos os aspectos. Entretanto, há alguns meses outra empresa assumiu o hotel e, desde então, decaiu muito a qualidade, principalmente da comida e da limpeza das áreas comuns. Também percebi a ausência de funcionários que desempenhavam muito bem o serviço e zelavam pela manutenção do bom atendimento e da qualidade. A estrutura do hotel é excelente e a região é linda, espero que logo retomem a qualidade anterior.

Lugar perfeito p descansar, principalmente p casais, muito bonito, funcionários muito atenciosos, instalações limpas e novas. Enxoval dos quartos de excelente qualidade, piscina térmica um show. Durante a semana restaurante serve à la carte, o q restringe as opções, q se repetem. Faltou um capuccino no café da manhã. Coalhada imperdível. Feijoada do sábado deliciosa.

Instalações perfeitas, confortáveis. Tudo muito grande e espaçoso. Fomos recebidos com frutas frescas no quarto e um cartão de boas vindas e chinelos! Produtos L'Occitane no banheiro!! Detalhes que encantam! Equipe de atendimento jovem, educada e simpática. Talvez faltando um pouco mais de experiência em algumas situações, como por exemplo, colocar somente colheres para a sobremesa, que em muitos casos é preciso de faca e garfo. Senti falta de um saca-rolhas no frigobar do quarto, principalmente por ter vinho com rolha. Seria muito bom ter um carrinho elétrico para acessibilidade de hóspedes idosos para passear pelo hotel, pelo condomínio e para chegar na marina. Seria bom ter mais atividades diferentes para os adultos. As piscinas são perfeitas. Os horários do spa não são bons, não tem opção para o final da tarde. E a represa, a grande vedete, infelizmente com nível muito baixo. Como as diárias não são baratas, poderia estar incluso uma volta de lancha por hóspede. O por do sol é lindo visto da piscina!
