"Breakfast is good but credit usage is not clear. We’ve asked some explications but we were surprised at the end when we received the invoice. Be careful, parking isexpensive (maybe due to the location), valet is mandatory. Rooms are quite big but without any charm."

"Location, location, location. This hotel was within walking distance to Hollywood walk of fame. The front desk staff was amazing the lady serving breakfast was so nice and accommodating."

"The room smells like cigarette. And the odour stayed throughout my 3 nights stay. The hot shower was tricky and once i have managed to get hot water, the water became weak. Parking was USD 30 per day. No laudromat nearby. The TV in the room was nice. Location is convenient as it took less than 5 minutes walk to the walk of fame, diners, Mcdonalds and Starbucks."

"It was an okay stay. Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, but it wasn't noisy which was was important. Elevator wasn't working either. Overall okay stay but wouldn't go back"

"The TV is satellite channels only and has basically nothing on it. There is no capability to cast from a phone or otherwise. There was an alive cockroach on our bed on the fourth night we stayed. I guess there's a cafe attached but it's been closed for a while and was basically not there. The ice machine really fought us since it needed the room key for access but often wouldn't read it. The AC was very loud and an inconsistent type of loud where it was hard to sleep with it on for me. The walls...

"Our stay in hotel was very good. We love the cleanliness of the room. We have someone cleaning our room everyday. Bathroom clean, aesthic was cool. We love the view of hotel. The rooftop and the restaurant was very fun. Staff were nice. We like our experience."

"I'm not a complainer, but the food in Shirley's is so over-salted that we could not finish dinner. I'm not one to do public reviews but if this is for internal use only, there was some room for improvement there. First time I did not finish a steak frites. Otherwise everyone was great and kind and helpful. Will be back."
