"We couldn’t say enough about our stay! The grounds were beautiful, the rooms were very clean with a great Italian flare. There is lots of history to the property that we enjoyed. We loved our wine tour, and Thomas was extremely knowledgable and friendly throughout our experience. The resort was quiet and peaceful, with only a 20minute taxi to Florence we were still able to explore the nearby city. The front desk was extremely helpful and every worker went above and beyond. "Il contesto è immerso nel verde ed è molto bello e rilassante. Purtroppo sono arrivata la sera ed ho dovuto attendere quasi mezz’ora per il check in perché non c’era nessuno e non riuscivo a rintracciare nessuno né telefonicamente né cercando in altre zone dell’hotel. La mia camera nello specifico non era pulitissima (nel bagno), ed aveva il bagno,compresi i sanitari, a vista nella camera. Non c’era acqua calda nella doccia.
