"Nice hotel. We loved the spa but it could use some updating. We lost power and water one one of our days here, which we had to get ready for a wedding that day, so that was a bit stressful, but the spa was open and had power and water so that was good. The rooms could use updating, but overall, weren’t bad. The restaurant was incredible, the food was truly the best we had on our entire trip in the UK. "The best experience in the hotel was on the restaurant and the bar of the hotel. Fabulous food and great service. The reception staff was also helpful, but the hotel room was a bit average considering the price. Maybe it is country specific, but it could be a surprise for visitors from some other countries. The room was fine, only the air conditioning was lacking. Still, I enjoyed the stay, the room was very tidy and the location of the hotel is great. I would stay again."
