Hotel Red Roof Inn di Richmond

"Incorrect location."

"I normally wouldn't write a negative review about a place but, the staff made me feel like it was my fault my room had a roach infection in the HVAC and food and trash was over the floor and behind everything. The bathroom was dirty and so was the fridge. I had to stay up all night to watch my things to keep roaches from getting in it no more rooms was available...but when I walked around the property I saw plenty of vacant rooms ..I did get a full refund next day, and didn't get an apology...

"Loved the welcoming check in staff, ease of staying here with pets, but wish the rooms were cleaner and property was kept up a little better. The floor in our room was really dirty, our socks were black after an hour or so of being in the room- there was mold growing on the bathroom wall, and the bedding was dirty- the heating/AC unit was very old and didn’t work properly- the room was dripping with condensation all over the inside of the front wall after one night."
