Besides a shower mat that looks like it has been through some things it was a pleasant experience. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, the working was sufficient and felt my car was safe as we explored Richmond. I would definitely come back here.

Safety, quiet, hotel staff were very accommodating. Check‑in was quick and easy. There was plenty of parking available. The room was tidy and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There was a mild smell of cigarette and alcohol, but it wasn’t overwhelming. The whole place was quiet — perfect for relaxing after a long day of traveling. Highly recommend!

The room was spacious. House keeping came in every day and left clean linen and emptied the trash. The manager was very kind. The stay was peaceful and quite a lovely location in El Cerrito. Thank you Terrace Inn. Also San Pablo Ave has so many restaurants and Walgreens as well.

The customer service of the front desk was exceptional. I was a little concern at first due to my last visit in san francisco but I can honestly say this Hotel is great for the price and the area was calm and looked safe didn't have any issues what so ever. Stayed two times in one week. Clean, easy to get to and lots of places to eat and shop on San Pablo. For the price point this place is one of the better places. Perfect for the night.
