I did not use the internet it was not secure. The staff was very good especially the one at the free breakfast.

Hyatt Place Richmond/Arboretum
Room had cosmetic issues. Rug was coming up at bathroom door. Shower curtain rod was hanging down so that water went all over floor. Floor was not level.
