the "acccessible" room we were assigned to was lacking. the bathroom in particular was inconvennient to use - the sink had ZERO space around it for storage. elevators were slow and made concerning groans. bar staff on the main level seemed inconvenienced by our pressence in the evening.

We had to leave early and did not try breakfast - our room wasn't ready and we got upgraded - the lady at the front desk was very helpful, and the upgrade still fit our needs perfectly.
