I’d be ashamed of yourself leaving one person behind the desk 65 rooms to take care of they can’t do it. It’s very hard and they tried they did their best. "Everything was clean, staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was okay. Kept getting runaround with checkin and my checkin was an hour late because housekeeping was low staff. Had to keep driving around occupying my children while we waited. Other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"Our first room had what looked like poop smeared all over the floor. They did accommodate us and changed our room. It was much nicer but still very dirty. It just needs an update."

"The staff was the best part of this property. They did a great job. This hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so handicap access to the second floor isn’t possible. The water pressure was so bad that my wife couldn’t get the conditioner out of her hair without spending a very long time in the shower. "Half the time the key cards did not work. We stayed 2 nights. On first morning we went to breakfast and there was no coffee. They told us they were out and that some was on the way. Next day sign on coffee machine saying out of order. Nly coffee in our rooms was decaf. Bed mattress did not have mattress cover. Our top comforter was stained underneath. Walls were very thin.
