"First they have an excellent General Manager (Quanetta Campbell). All of the employees of the hotel seem to function as a team! The housekeepers,the kitchen staff, and the desk clerks are so accommodating. My room was spotless. I had my little dog with me and the hotel is very pet friendly. I will be staying there again soon."

"New hotel, everything feels brand new. Room is spacious and with full kitchen. Good location near to everything. Only issue i have is the misleading “access to nearby pool” amenities. Be aware, no pool, I repeat, no pool"

"We had a one bedroom suite and there were two tvs which was nice for an extended stay. The fitness center is decent as well as the indoor pool and hot tub. The staff is amazing, especially Payton at the front desk. The location is perfect to walk to many wonderful restaurants."

"The pool and hot tub was under maintenance, which is why I had booked the hotel. So that was kind of a bummer but understandable! Our room’s AC wasn’t working, so we called down and the electrician came up and got it figured out within 15 minutes. He was very nice. The staff was all so friendly and fun. "My stay here at the Scarlet Hotel was for three full nights we did have ballet service for the first 24 hours, but as I was coming and going more often, I just parked across the street which is pretty convenient if you’re resourceful I loved the open space around the hotel. "Recommended by family that had stayed previously, so had to check it out. We got in much later than expected, but the front desk was very accommodating and very pleasant. The room was great for the 2 of us. Bathroom was a little tight for a chunky gal, but otherwise nice. Great spread for breakfast each morning.
