"I was disappointed that there was no pen or paper in the room. The elevator was not working the day we arrived and was still not working when we left the following morning. The staff however helped us bring our luggage down when we checked out."

"The only concern was the lack of an elevator. Thankfully my husband was luggage the suits case up the stairs and not me. Otherwise the stay was good, in a clean room and comfortable bed, with friendly staff."

"Hotel bathtub is very high walled: no grab bars at all. Anyone with mobility issues, even a sore leg will be challenged to get in and out. This includes parents lifting children in and out of tub. First time I've felt insecure trying to take a shower. I mention this as the height of the bathtub is taller than usual, no place to steady oneself. Addition of grab bar would go a long way The hotel itself is in a newish commercial area. Walking the area is okay."
