"In town for conference at A&M. Was across the street from MSC. Security at Hotel was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was excellent."

"The staff was very helpful especially during breakfast times. The room was clean and everything seemed well maintained. The only negative thing in the room was that the bathroom door did not shut completely, but that was not a big deal. The breakfast was decent, I would recommend more doubles of everything so that lines move faster. Overall the stay was pleasant and I would recommend this Hotel."

"The first room we were in was the nasty hotel room I've ever seen. First the smell was gross. We couldn't get the pull out open so we had to get help from the front desk, she came up to help pull out the mattress and it was covered in green and black mold. Then one of the panels fell off the wall, and it had black mold all back there. They couldn't move our room because they were sold out the weekend for the event we came for. So we had to stay the night in the bedroom area only all 4 of us had...

"There was one lady I believe was the manager who was rude when I asked for additional towels. My check out time per Expedia was 12pm however, the day that I was supposed to leave the property, they told me that I had to check out by 11 even after I told them my checkout time per Expedia was 12 o’clock. The laundry area was pretty dirty as well. Overall, the room was great. The cleanliness of the room was great. The housekeepers were great. I did not want my room cleaned during my stay, however,...
