"Stayed Monday–Friday for school. This did not deliver on the “residential style” promise. My room was never properly cleaned. Only a quick midweek refresh with new washcloths, didn’t change sheets or clean anything. When I asked housekeeping to clean, I was told I had only signed up for a refresh, which was never explained or presented to me at check-in. I ended up taking out my own trash and making my own bed the entire stay. The location was decent, but that’s about it. Breakfast was below...

However the pull out sofa bed in our room had two quarter size blood spots and no sheets or blankets. When we called the front desk to ask for some late that night we were told we had to go down to get them which was difficult with two kids in the middle of bedtime routine. The staff at checkout left little to be desired as well, couldn’t be interrupted from her TV show...
