Hotel dekat Rijksmuseum van Oudheden

"Clean, comfortable, well maintained. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again, for me most comfortable hotel stay ever in Europe"

"Had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again! Clean rooms, well appointed and kind staff at check in. Be aware it's a small hotel - you will need to carry your bags up a flight of stairs if on the upper level. My only negative is that the walls are quite thin. While it was actually very quiet, I was able to hear people talking next door, and I could hear the shower next door on both sides as well. Great little hotel!"

"We loved the character of the property. It is beautifully restored, and every room is different. The location is wonderful, with restaurants, sights and shops within an easy walk. The reception staff is terrific, with a dinner recommendation that suited our request perfectly. We were in room 6, which is on the top floor. It is charming with ancient wood beams, a cosy seating area, comfortable bed and a beautiful view. This didn’t bother us, but if you are tall, the beams are quite low...

"Dirk who welcomed us could not have been more friendly and helpful...he was superb 👍 The accommodation was clean, warm and spacious. The loft apartment suited out family dynamic of two adults and one teenage son perfectly. Can not speak highly enough of our whole experience staying here. 🙂"

"Great stay. The hotel is well located. Rooms are pristine. And breakfast is very good"

"Bij dit hotel al 2 keer geweest. Een absolute aanrader!!!"

"quick check-in, convenient location, standard room"

"Nice Your Hotel , For view , canal, Bar n Etc .. "

"It's a beautiful environment in an urban setting, Leiden city is easy to reach, as is other shopping and the beach. Especially at these prices, however, I feel check out at 10 am is ridiculous. Also, I expect a pitch dark room when sleeping and enough light during the day. Wifi was wobbly. Staff is friendly. Price/quality just wasn't too great, although in all honesty I had 3 bookings in a row with very different prices. The restaurant has very nice food but quantities are small."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly"

"I had asked for a large double bed and was given two twin beds pushed together which I only realised on the second night after I disappeared down the gap in the middle. The bathroom exuded an overwhelming smell of urine like it hadn’t been deep cleaned for quite a while, which permeates the room unless you keep the door shut. Also the shower was on the small and awkward side. The whole place had an air of a run down hotel that smells of cigarettes and is a bit depressing. It was a little way out...
