All was excellent! The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lot of things to offer as amusement and some good restaurants outside. We enjoyed this hotel very much. The only problem is the little rooms and the tiny bathroom. Not comfortable.

A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots).
