"Staff was very friendly and nice. You can feel that they try their best to make your stay nice. Breakfast is very tasty. You can jump into the pool at any time you wish. Only thing I would improve is smart TV and normal bath water temperature regulator instead of this weird joystick which is hard to operate to set the temperature right or to completely turn the water off you have to play around with it until it stops dripping. But none of this really affected the stay in this hotel.All in all...

"We stayed here for 9 nights. The staff are polite, helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff do everything they can for guests and are super friendly. It is not a huge hotel but had areas to relax and a lovely bar area at the front. The pool is fairly small but we always managed to get sun beds and sometimes had the area to ourselves. "Wifi signal was too low to be used in my room. Also the internet was very slow when connected to the wifi. Their wifi and internet need to be updated. Also the refrigerator was not working in my room. Regarding the breakfast, there was either no or little vegetable, while there were so many options or bread and cakes. It needs a better balance. Free bicycle was good. Overall, this hotel is a 3 star hotel although they claim 4 star. I would not stay here again if go to Rimini in the future....
