"Our stay at The Oasis in Palm Springs was absolutely wonderful. The property was beautiful, relaxing, and had such a great atmosphere for a getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We truly felt taken care of during our visit. "Hotel is in bad shape with deferred maintenance evident everywhere. Carpets old , shower and bath faucet barely hanging, hotel does nothing for your dogs, soundproofing non existent, the air conditioning unit in patio sounds like car starting when turns on, and the loud music played continuously is annoying at best, DJ very loud music right outside my room on weekends…"
