"The AC didnt work very well and the pillows weren’t great from what I typically use meant not a lot of good sleeps. The pool area was nice as well as the pools. Not sure if I’d stay there again as it was pretty pricy comparative to other places I’ve stayed. "

"It wasn’t a hotel. I needed a quick place to stay before an early flight and it was a condo property that was very difficult to get to our unit. It was very dark with terrible walking directions. Then it was a unit on second floor and we had heavy luggage. The AC was locked so we were quite hot. The ad made it look like a hotel or motel and this was a condo community. We were not happy as it wasn’t at all what we needed or wanted. "

"Very nice, small and quiet boutique hotel . It was exactly what we needed for the weekend. We stayed in the Hermann casitas and they were beautiful !! The only complaint was that the pool in the Herman casita area was a trendy shallow pool. I think a large normal pool would be much nicer . Otherwise very well run lovely property. "

"The door locking system went down in the middle of the night. I am sure it was an inconvenience for those who were locked out of their rooms. "

"The hotel was like spring break central, not the vibe we were going for with our 14 and 10 year old. The room was nice and big and the balcony was cool, but definitely a party hotel, not a place to chill quietly and read by the pool while kids play. We didn’t even recognize one song that they played LOUDLY all afternoon and were pretty well-versed on our genres. Overall, wasn’t terrible but we wouldn’t stay here again. Good location in Palm Springs, if you’re young and hip and looking to party. "
