"Staff was good and the room was cleaned. It was at times extremely cold with no extra blankets available, so just turn off the air conditioner and you will be alright, at least that worked for me. The TV was not working and the WIFI, at least during my stay, was terrible, but I was prepared and I was able to keep me entertain myself with my cell phone and some downloaded program in my IPad. During 2nd night (2 night stay) my door was knock twice, when I responded on both instances the staff replied “I didn’t know that someone was here”, this is problem, maybe is with the system or training issue, but that dropped my rating a couple stars. But the good thing, you are located in the medical center so if something happens to you help will arrive quickly, there is accesible cafeteria downstairs which they serve good food. Uber was easy to get just walking a few meters for pick up. Is convenient for business trips. "

"Do not stay here......... very sketchy. Bad neighbourhood Promised airport transfer. None. Promised interenet. Signal too weak to connect. No TV as no internet. Had to drag two bags up about 30 stairs as no elevator. Checkin was at a bar next door with a women taking notes in an old paper notebook. Of course she had no record of my booking. Toilet leaked all night. Very old room in need of demolition. Ordered a Doordash pizza, and got to the Cruise port first thing in the morning. Dealing with Expedia for a refund now."

"Amazing location near everything you can think of there’s a plaza next door where you can go shopping, a restaurant at every corner and a casino literally 10 feet away. Very family friendly I took my kids and they loved the pool the breakfast although not a big selection had all the essentials and more importantly it was very Safe that was a plus for me. Can’t wait to stay again next year "

"Yes it was cool in room and easy parking. This is a very nice motel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bring your own toiletries and hand rowels. Walls are super thin and there is a basic bedroom door lock on room doors. Facility was safe and there is a security lock on exterior main door. "
