"Extremely close to the beach. The access point is right there with the little showers for when you come off the beach. Absolutely clean quiet area very close to Sunrise and Sunset Park.
An outdoor pool with really comfortable lounge chairs.
An adorable Cafe on the premises with outdoor shaded seating area"

"Property location was great, very close to the boardwalk. The only thing is that there is no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Diner is next door for breakfast. Plenty of parking. No coffee pot for us coffee drinkers. Does have a microwave and small refrigerator. Owner was around and always asked how we were."

"The rooms are spacious and clean. If you are not on the third level you can hear every step upstairs. Was noisy and unpleasant especially when you are trying to sleep and there is noise from upstairs. But overall we enjoyed our stay."
