"Lady at the desk refused my reservation saying she told them she wasn't doing the online reservations anymore. repeatedly. Stayed anyways as I needed a room. Room smelled a little odd, not bad, but something scented for cleaning? and towels and toilet paper were low grade and no shampoo or conditioner, just a single soap bar in the bathroom."

"The rooms are spacious and clean. If you are not on the third level you can hear every step upstairs. Was noisy and unpleasant especially when you are trying to sleep and there is noise from upstairs. But overall we enjoyed our stay."

"We were first time guests. We enjoyed the staff, the second floor ocean views. It was an excellent location as we walked to nearly everything! Many other guests we met were repeat guests ! Room and property was very clean. We had a very good experience!"

"The rooms are very nice and unusually spacious. We really enjoyed all the space. However, the phones in the room were not user friendly. After 2 days, there was a light flashing on our phone, we thought maybe we had a message. We couldn't figure out how to access it as they were no directions on how to use the phone. We checked with the front desk clerk. He informed us the phones are new and he had no idea how to do it either. Never did learn if we had a message or not. The hot tub and pool are...

"I like the property location and access to beach and walkway. The staff was very nice. I didn’t like the variation in the rooms described as queen suites. I booked 2 queen suites, 1 for 1 night, the other for 2 nights. To my dismay the suite for one night was larger and cheaper and I was unable to switch the rooms. Also, the parking spaces are very tight, so beware."

"This place was great. It's super close to the beach and the boardwalk. There is an indoor pool as well as an outdoor pool. The staff here is super friendly and accommodating, and the property is great. There isn't a ton of parking right at the property but there is a big overflow lot across the street which is convenient.
