"This hotel did not have key cards it has house keys the hotel staff was caught inside my room 3 times snooping while they thought all of us were sleeping in the room scared my kids out of a sound sleep in the middle of the night the first time and then was caught 2 more times while my kids sat awake and quiet scared to death I would not recommend ANYONE stays here especially if the have kids! Very scetchy not safe!!!"

"I ordered two rooms with jacuzzi and when I arrived they were under maintenance and they didn't refund me they gave me one of less money which I didn't agree with and the office was dirty they didn't give breakfast bad services"

"With it's waterpark pool, this is an ideal location for families with young children. However, we are seniors, just looking for a quiet place to rest our heads after a 10-hour day of travel. We arrived late on a Saturday afternoon and parking was a nightmare! The pool is visible from the lobby through the glass wall. It was jam packed with screaming kids! There were kids everywhere! They were running dripping wet through the lobby. Any thought of slipping quietly into the hot tub to relax...

"Ice machine not working! After 10 days and 5 hotels, this is a common theme. It’s almost like the McDonalds ice cream machines. The property was clean but the parking needs a serious refresh. Potholes and missing concrete. On the outside are red and blue lights that set a tone for the outside. From inside your room, those lights are annoying as the shades/curtains cannot block them out. The staff was friendly and courteous."

"The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and plenty of amenities for my kids and I to enjoy, particularly the swimming pool, hot tub, and indoor gym."

"Pool and hot tub closed. Inside of the room the wall was stained, phone was stained, shower head appeared to be coming out of the wall. The towels were not cleaned and in the room whenever we checked in at 3pm. The breakfast selection was good."

"We have traveled and stayed many places and this is a really nice place! Very clean, attentive staff and breakfast was perfect! Great location too!"

"The staff upfront gave me a very hard time with checking in . I called to request early check in the lady upfront said yes when I called at 11:08am she said she would call me back . Another hour passed by and I called back she said they were in the process of cleaning the room . I arrived two hours later and the room was not ready and they have someone else the clean room when I arrived it had turned to 3:40pn before my room was ready I will not be booking this hotel ever again . "

"Room smelled like stale smoke, had requested a smoke free room… pool rules were not enforced by staff and kids/people were jumping into the water from places they shouldn’t have been… loud noises at night from appliances in the room… did not seem clean and did not feel like I could walk around in my room with no shoes on… breakfast was filling but they did seem to run out of things often…"

"The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well. You just charged me full price for the room and not the deposit. The “oh well” attitude from the staff was unbelievable. The lady also called me by an ungodly word...
