"Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons. "Staff were lovely! All very welcoming and efficient. The room was very clean but there was a dodgy socket and the water didn’t seem to drain quickly in my shower but these are easily fixed.
It can be a bit noisy at times so bare that in mind. The hotel location is very central and great for a couple nights away. Thank you!"
