"I am shocked that the Inn at the Beach has 9.8 stars. The location was the best feature, close to the beach and walkable to downtown.
We arrived to a room filled with black hair all over the bathroom, a cockroach on the floor, and a smell that lasted the whole weekend. We politely told the front desk and they re-cleaned the room but there was still black hair everywhere. We were told the reason for the smell was the sprinklers were on earlier in the day. "Location is very easy to get too. Quick easy check in. Grocery store, restaurants near by. They do offer beach items which is very unique.
Clean room, comfortable bed, staff was very nice and helpful with my needs. Breakfast was very good everyday. Pool and area was very clean.
I will definitely be back next year.
