"Our check-in with Chelsea was great. She was friendly and helpful thru-out our stay with a number of things. The hotel and our room were quite dated and a bit worn. Everything was clean and comfortable enough but the entire place is shoddy. Security seemed fine for a downtown area, with most areas restricted by keycard to hotel guests only, but actual security personnel were never observed. On our floor (10th) the hall carpeting was worn and raised in several areas which could pose a tripping hazard to older guests."

"The employees were very friendly and attentive. The hotel was very clean. Pool area and breakfast options were very nice. Hotel is very dated though. New carpets and a few updates would make a huge difference in this property. Nice stay all in all though. Location and price were spot upon n."
