"The facilities were super clean. Staff was very helpful. We went to the concert on Saturday night. We got back to the motel late and had to park in the overflow. It was a grassy swamp. It had been raining and I waded in water when I got out of my car.
This is a problem that should be addressed."

"On the Expedia website it lists this property having shuttle service to downtown Nashville and airport shuttle which the hotel does not provide. They have no shuttle at all so if you're needing this accommodation choose another hotel. When asking the hotel they acknowledge it states that on the site but basically did nothing or even help with alternatives or compensate for false advertisement. The breakfast is ok but potatoes each day were mostly hard, eggs dried out, and food needed heated up...

"Staff was friendly and corrected an issue with our reservation where the room type we paid for on Expedia was not what Drury had in their system- however, once I showed the confirmation email detailing everything- the staff member fixed the problem and we were upgraded. "I could tell the room had not been vacuumed in quite a while, and there were a hair or two in the shower. We were supposed to have 2 queen beds but actually had 1 queen and 1 full size I believe. One bed was smaller than the other.
Other than that it was a nice stay. Breakfast was good, and stocked well and the staff were helpful."
