"We had a great stay at Level River North. The unit was well equiped, well designed, modern and most of all had great sweeping views. Really enjoyed our in unit laundry. Problem with the dishwasher was quickly addressed. Overall a good experience and will definitely stay again when in Chicago."

"The staff was super helpful, the location was perfect (a cool 25 minutes from O’Hare) as it was walkable to the main blvd, Michigan Ave and endless restaurants plus bars, overall the hotel room was spacious and clean, fairly updated. We missed the opportunity to check out the complimentary happy hour but that’s oka as we loved our stay. Definitely would book here again! "

"Property and location wonderful! My only beef was that I was charged an original deposit, yet on discharge it was not credited. Also an additional $100 was added to my credit card and after a day or so removed. So I'm out about $165.00 and have to fight with Expedia to get it resolved and they cut me off twice on phone calls. I will email the hotel and see if they can resolve the problem . It was nice to have Trader Joe's across the street to but fruit and salads to eat.I walked the whole strip. The staff were helpful and kind. The Breakfast crew were very patient Please come to breakfast before closing. And adhere to the hours of operation. They work hard enough without having to deal with late arrivals."

"The Holiday Inn Voco at Wolf Point continues to exceed expectations! Warm, welcoming staff, spotless rooms and outstanding service by housekeeping! I call it my home away from home and I stay there frequently when visiting our children! Spectacular views, inviting atmosphere and stay second to none! Special shout out to Alejandro at the breakfast buffet! He was exceptionally kind to me and our family! This hotel will always be my first choice when visiting Chicago! And Expedia, thank you for making this all possible!"
