"We thought we were missing the spring break crowd, but it seems we were mistaken. The number of guests definitely impacted our stay. I think the staff did their best, but there were various issues related to crowds. Also, we weren't happy with the cleanness of our room."

"The hotel was fantastic and very reasonably priced. The room was much larger than I expected. The only thing I would recommend is to update the mattresses. I slept okay but the beds were not very comfortable. If I ever make it back to Branson, I will absolutely stay there again. It was a short drive to pretty much all the things we were doing. Also being able to see the Sight & Sound theater from the parking lot was pretty cool."

"Not what I expected! Floor was uneven in room and shower. Rubber shower dam is directly under the shower curtain allowing floor to get very wet! Connecting room doors are not sound proof! Mattress was low and very well used. Coffee maker is 12 cup and packets provided are 4 cup. Buttons on coffee maker worn off so didn’t know which buttons to use. Overall, it seems these rooms are cheaply built, not like the balcony view, luxurious rooms pictured on the property website!"

"The room was clean but very small. Bathroom was tiny. No elevator and I have a hard time doing stairs. The staff was excellent, the food also. "

"The room was clean however the Waterpark was not attached to the room buildings also nothing was included with the room purchase except the Waterpark. It appears to be an old super 8 type hotel that they went in and but in New decor in the rooms. "
