"Loved the location and the graciousness of the flat. A bit shabby chic but it enhanced the overall feel of the apartment. Modern kitchen was appreciated. One note is that if one has any mobility issues, it’s a high step in and out of shower and can be a bit tricky. Thought the experience was just lovely."

"We stayed for 6 nights. It’s one of London’s older neighborhoods and the building is old as well. The staff were truly friendly and welcoming and we loved it. Breakfast is available and was tasty. The only reason I gave it a lower rating is because the floors at the hotel are really old. Because the building is old it probably gave way and the floors, even on the ground level, was tilting to one side. You can feel it in the bathroom and the toilet. "Room on 6th floor facing west, overlooking Battersea Park (glimpses). Quiet and comfortable. Signs of wear and tear; one lamp didn't plug in, walls scuffed, bathroom quite tired and shower door didn't close properly, bathroom lights sporadic and loose connection. Didn't interact with staff at all apart from checking in."

"The front desk staff welcomed us very warmly and courteously. Our room had the high ceiling and two large windows in a Victorian building, creating a beautiful space that combined a homey atmosphere with warmth and elegance. The location was also excellent. We heard almost no traffic noise and enjoyed a sound sleep at night. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel has an impressive winding staircase and fantastic glass chandeliers. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The attention to efficient design was noteworthy. That said, the bathroom was tiny, though highly functional. The included breakfast was perfect for starting the day. The neighborhood, just off Sloane Sq. worked out well for us, convenient to the tube and buses. Our last night we had terrific fish and chips at the pub The Antelope just a block...
