"Didn’t sleep in the room…dried blood stains on the sheets "

"This was no fault of the hotel staff but when we arrived, some guests were too close to the front door smoking Marijuana. I didn't see it but everyone could smell it. The hotel could use some renovations as we saw water damage on the walls in our room and the inner part of the bath tub was peeling/flaking. The shower's water pressure was terrible. We had double beds and thank goodness because the sheets had black stains on one bed. Hotel staff was amazing, very helpful and personable."

"Our shower door had a loose hinge, mold growth on the adhesive that previously secured the soap bottles, and a non-functional handheld shower head. Additionally, black mold was present in the sink's overflow. All other aspects were satisfactory. I believe the absence of a bathroom vent may have contributed to some of the mold issues. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming."

"horrible stay, horrible customer service. i booked for 2 nights only was able to stay 1 night , i was unable to get a partial refund at all. they just kept telling me “there’s nothing we can do we can’t find your booking” I know my review doesn’t do much but i promise i will never stay at this hotel again they will take your money DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"What we went in the staff told us that the coffee machines wasn't working right in the lobby. We go to the room TV didn't work right. I called downstairs told him they said we could come down to where the breakfast would be and could watch the news that I wanted to say. When I tried to call him from the room phone did not work. No phone number posted for the front desk. I looked in my reservation finally found a phone number and call them. We were going to relax in the room and watch the news...

We got there and the other guest were complaining that there were miniature waffles that we had to make, but no meat at all, no eggs, no butter to put on the waffles. The bread and bagel s were stale. It was absolutely terrible. I cannot believe they expected the guess to be satisfied with what was served. There was no fresh fruit at all. "You get what you pay for. A bit sketchy, definitely will see people who appear to have drug problems. No smoking room smelled like smoke and mildew, sheets had burn holes. But I gave 3 stars on a few areas because it wasn’t the worst room I’ve ever seen. "

"Didn’t care so much for the fact that the rooms were not throughly cleaned a daily basis. One day they picked up the trash in the room and didn’t make the beds or swap out towels. Another day the made the bed and didn’t empty trash or switch towels. Another day they swapped towels and left trash in the trash can and the bed unmade. Couldn’t keep up with what to expect when I left the room and returned. I thought this should be a standard practice across the board. So for that they get a “no”...

"Room was clean however I was given a room with a broken stove and microwave. I booked from Friday to Monday and had my family. It was a huge inconvenience as I booked this hotel for the kitchen they had to avoid spending so much on outside food during my trip. We weren’t able to be accommodated and moved to another room until Sunday afternoon. They did refund me for the first two nights so I was appreciative for that. Just wish I had a room that worked throughout my entire stay. Otherwise...
