"Breakfast was good. No elevator, has to go up the stairs with 2 kids and trolley. No daily room cleaning and trash removal, only done upon request. We thought at least trash removal will be there daily without request, but when was not removed the front desk person asked us to keep outside the room which was so ridiculous, then next we asked other person in front desk after sometime, who asked us to do the request for trash removal and also provided with some trash cover which we felt very...

"We stay here at least once a year and it’s always been a great property, but now it’s recently remodeled and updated. Everything is fresh. The complimentary breakfast is one of the better ones, and the staff is always top notch."

"There needs to be bars of soap for people that sit in the bathtub. The shower gels are too high for people in the tub and they have to stand in the tub just to get soap."

"This is a beautiful , upscale hotel/Inn. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They serve a wonderful breakfast and have fresh coffee available all day. They also bake fresh cookies in the afternoon and leave out with other snacks for the guests. Impeccably clean! It also has a landscaped area in the back with trails to hike and tables and chairs for events. I had a great experience and highly recommend staying here."

"Room was very clean, modern, and well appointed. Check-in was a breeze and staff were very polite. Had an issue with our tv remote and help arrived in less than 5 minutes. The complimentary breakfast included sausage, home fries, eggs, waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, juice and more - very impressive and a great way to start our day. Used the pool prior to leaving and it was clean and 83 degrees with towels provided. Highly recommend."

"Not a good place to stay. Seedy and run down. Room was clean as far as linens, floors, bathroom. Walls lampshades not so much. Some suspicious characters outside. I stayed overnight because my husband was in nearby major hospital. After stressful weeks of hospital visits, I thought I'd give this hotel a try for lower cost but it just added to an already stressful situation. Safety catch on door broken. Wasn't very confident the door lock would hold Never again."
