"I booked my room on Expedia when I arrived the guy said he didn’t have my booking information when I showed him the email he tried to tell me it was going to take 30 min to 4 hours. I told him the money was taken out so it should be there. Then he tried to tell me they don’t do price match and charged me 342 for the night. I had to have Expedia call them to refund my money! Then charged another person I know a cheaper price"

"This was a perfectly fine hotel for a quick two-night stay in the area. It was conveniently located right next to a Dunkin' Donuts, making the morning coffee run super easy. The hotel itself was under renovations, so there was a lot of construction stuff around. That said, the hotel was amazingly quiet, so I was able to sleep soundly both nights. "Upon checking in the owner was nasty and extremely rude he refused to give me a receipt. I have no issues with deposits but a receipt is a must . The owner said my bank will provider a receipt. Next day I checked on my app and this gentleman.charged me more than the original.deposit charge. I demand a receipt he finally agreed. "Dirty! Our bathroom had mold and rust in the shower. Bathroom floor and shower was nasty. We actually looked to move to a different hotel for our 3 night stay, being the holiday weekend that was not feasible Staff was extremely friendly and available. Called down for an extra blanket and pillow, 2 very pleasant ladies personally brought our to to us. The reason for the low review is solely due the dirty and unmaintained building and rooms."
