"The biggest issue is this property is that there is no room service - no real breakfast. Stayed there five nights with no room service - no ability to let staff know that they needed to address the lack of attention to update the towels, toilet paper, and Kleenex. Comes with only two days of coffee, and it's bad. They only offer grab-and-go breakfast-type items. The room next to me: the guest checked out and left the door open - for two days - this remained open to anyone. It felt unsafe."

"The ocean view was beautiful, the room clean with all the items we needed. It was nice to have a kitchenette and mini fridge. Access to the beach was good. We will stay again."

"Great staff. Only stayed 1 night. Had a very large 2 king suite. Every thing else was full. No a/c that worked, but that is normal in this area..I guess. As a lot of places do not. With the windows open it was a little load at night as you are right on the 101. Nice place."

It needed upkeep badly; the room was small and crowded; the bathroom had no counter whatsoever so there was no where to put our items; the toilet had a leak and would run every now and then; the sheets and towels may have been clean, but they were not white and not soft; if the room had heat, we sure couldn’t figure out how to get it; and...

"This room was absolutely filthy. Rat droppings in every corner and behind all furniture, blood stained blankets, IV drug use supplies in the nightstand. Staff refused to refund even though we left 15 minutes after we arrived. Expedia refused to refund despite photograph evidence and a receipt from the other model we stayed at last night. Absolutely do not recommend staying at this motel and absolutely encourage you to book via a service that will actually back the customer."

"Location was great. Advertised as Bay View, NOT A VIEW, the stairs going up to 2nd floor was our view. I would not have paid what I did but thought the price would be worth a view. Not one clock in the whole place. There was no ice machine on the property or even ice trays. The TV volume could not be turned up or down on remote or the actual TV. Bed was comfortable."

"The rooms only had heat, but it was ok because even in late June, it was cool enough to keep the windows open. The room was small for our family of 4 but we were only there for 1 night. The pool was nice. Breakfast was delicious. All the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The beach access was awesome."

"We stayed at the Lighthouse Cove Inn. It's a smaller motel. The Bandon Inn is operating the property. We've stayed at the Lighthouse Cove twenty years ago. I am glad to see it purchased and invested into. Regardless of all that. The staff at the Bandon Inn we're very professional. And the clerk had great recommendations for dining and other activities. The room was very tidy. And had a beautiful view of the Bandon coast and downtown. Thank you for a great weekend. Room 209 S.Whelchel."
