"The hotel was ready to access, rooms were adequate and breakfast was good. "

"The room was Ok at first. I wasn’t the cleanest but it wasnt outright dirty either. I wouldn’t walk barefoot on the carpet - it was gross. The worst part was roaches in the bathroom. I checked out as soon as I saw them. I woke up to roaches on the bathroom counter. I packed and checked out. When I checked out the ladies were told about the roaches and all they could say is sorry. Not a place I would recommend staying. "

"Rooms are spacious and very clean. Property are so well kept. We didn’t partake in the breakfast (through I fault of the hotel we had to leave), but it’s so nice it’s offered!! Staff was polite and informative! "

"Our couch was broken, pull out bed would barely come out and couldn't get it to go back in. Pool wasn't open and honestly thought it was an indoor pool from the description. The elevator was very scetchy as well. Was not impressed for the money I spent. "

"The photos online give the impression of a new build or a very good upgrade. Not the case. The tub was old and would fill up with water when you showered. The walls needed to be wiped down as there was dirt handprints and hair on the ceiling in the bathroom. Once I cleaned that it wasn't bad. It was quiet considering it's proximity to the interstate and the elevator worked. It isn't the worst one I've stayed in. The staff was friendly. And check in was easy."

"Left over food in the refrigerator. Property was run down. Pool looked gross. Tv did not work. Most employees could have cared less about customer service."

"My friend and I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights on a girls trip. The location was perfect, within a 10-20 minute drive of everywhere we wanted to go. We were able to check in a little early which was extremely convenient for us! We were also pleasantly surprised by the hotel doing a complimentary “happy hour” each evening of our stay with up to 3 drinks and a handful of snack options. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!"

"I was awakened Friday night by very loud drilling and hammering on the wall above my bed. The front desk staff basically said “deal with it/it won’t take long” and the manager called to tell me it was my fault because I checked in a day later than reservation and even though he personally managed my lost reservation on check in, he had no idea anyone was in my room.
