"The Pfister is an incredible place to stay! However, given it was Kentucky Derby night, I could not get in house dining to pick up the phone for over 45 minutes. The front desk and the concierge were very helpful!"

"Tried to have a relaxing weekend. My tv did not work. Told the staff and she told me they had always known the televisions on that entire side of the building did not work. I was like why sell those rooms? The issue never got resolved, I didn’t even get compensated for the inconvenience."

"The bar was great! Reasonable drink prices and 1/2 price apps. The bartender was very friendly. We used the shuttle to go to the Brewers game and that was great! I also felt safe at this property. I liked the gated parking and it was easily accessible. We will stay here again."
