"We always stay at this hotel during jeep beach and never have any issues. Only inconvenience we had was the side gate to were we parked at was locked. I can see if they would lock it around a certain time. That would be ok but for it to be locked all the time is a no go for me. When I wanted to get my beach stuff from my car the side gate could’ve been perfect cause then I could just walk down to the beach instead of having to come inside the building then outside again to go down to he beach."

"When we checked into the room, there was a large puddle of water leaking from humidifier due to cracked tank. Super small dorm fridge with shelves and door to freezer missing. Outlet cover was busted showing wiring. Hot tub was out of order entire week with the problem being as simple as, according to man at front desk, it needed a heating element. Guests washed their feet in pool causing sand to accumulate in the pool. All of these complaints were reported to desk manager within hour of...

"I loved the location! The access to the beach and how close it was to a lot of places. My room location was perfect. The parking situation wasn't terrible and the overflow lot didn't look entirely sketchy. I only had one towel and washcloth when came in but magically had more the next day. The lobby and the room smelled like, what I can only describe as "elderly" (no slander, only as a reference). There seemed to be a staleness to the air in the room.
