"Everything was good besides the obnoxiously loud slamming of doors outside my room every 5 seconds all day everyday for 5 days. Like dude who slams doors like that. Like that’s not normal at all. I wouldn’t stay there again personally."

"The biggest highlight of this property is its unbelievable location right in the heart of La Quinta Avenida. You truly can't beat the convenience of being within walking distance of everything.
Future guests should be aware that the hotel is very difficult to find. The entrance is through a women's swimwear store across the street from Sala de Despecho, and you exit through a tequila store. Even with Google Maps, we struggled to locate it and ultimately had to ask locals for directions.

"The condo was well equipped, ice cold and quiet AC, beautiful lush grounds. The pool was nice, warm and clean, no complaints here. Two supermarkets less than a two minute walk away and several bike rental places close by making it easy to get around. "

"Wonderful family-run hotel on a lovely Cenote.
If you want all-inclusive mass tourism, this is not for you.
If you want an authentic Mexican self-catering room or apartment, off the beaten track, this is perfect. "
