"Most of the facility has lots of construction, many of the amenities on the pictures from their website were not the same. There really is only 1 pool no water slide as pictured since it was under construction. The entire resort has a very strong swamp odor. Our connecting room door knob instantly fell off on the first day along with the lock on our door did not work and needed to be fully replaced. "I really liked the schedule of events, activities and amenities of the resort. Cons: 1.I know you advertised of being beach resort, but don’t see any sand to relax or feels beach. To visit real beach is also very far since this resort located in remote area away from citi. It would have been nice if you have some free transportation to near by beach would eliminate that.
