Iberostar Selection Playa Mita - All Inclusive

"It is a very big beautiful property with great restaurants/ food choices and snack stands near the pools. There’s a nice kids pool that is very shallow and has slides and water falls. It has a theatre with nightly performances, we saw a great 70’s Disco sing & dance performance. It has a night club for 18 years and over with a DJ, that was great fun. The Lobby bar is a great hang out place to chit chat, have some drinks and/or play jeopardy kind of games, or just watch a large movie screen showing concerts and playing great music. The only down side is being far away from the airport. It’s 45 minute drive. And it’s not near any walking distance stores or other restaurants. We visited during early August and it’s very humid, so we were uncomfortable most of the time. And could cool down only when we returned to our room. The buffet and restaurants were not cool enough. Only the Japanese restaurant was cool. We were in sweat the entire trip. The water temperature in the pools are warm, too warm for our taste, we wanted to cool down and couldn’t. I suggest going when it’s not so humid."

"Todo muy bien todo el personal muy amable, solo que perdí una llave y quebraron un vaso y tuve que pagar las dos cosas a un precio excesivo la chica de recepción que me atendió al ir a dejar la llave fue poco amable . Cuando llegamos mi familia y yo nos tocó un joven y el si fue muy atento y amable asi como los del restaurant."

"our experience there was amazing from start to finish! We had an amazing butler named Gustavo who took care of us in any need that we ever had a request for! The pool had amazing views. I recommend strongly the preferred club worth every dollar! The food was amazing at all the restaurants as well!"

"Our family had a fantastic stay at Family Selection Grand Palladium Vallarta. The highlight of our vacation was, without a doubt, the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. A special thank you to our concierge, Josue, who consistently went above and beyond. Whether helping with reservations, answering questions, or simply checking in to make sure everything was going well, he made us feel like valued guests from beginning to end. His attention to detail and genuine care really set the tone for our trip. This is an excellent resort for families. While it isn’t the largest property, it offers plenty to keep both kids and adults entertained, with a great mix of pools, activities, restaurants, and beach time. Our whole family had an amazing time, and there was always something to do together. We also appreciated how well the staff handled the occasional rainy day. The grounds were cleaned up quickly, and everything was back to looking beautiful in no time. Overall, this was a wonderful vacation made even better by an outstanding team. If you’re looking for a family-friendly resort with service that truly stands out, Family Selection Grand Palladium Vallarta is an easy recommendation!"

"Nous retournons au Grand Royal Decameron pour le personnel qui est toujours fantastique et ce depuis des années. La nourriture etait bonne. Par contre l'entretien paysager laissait a désirer comparativement a d'habitude. Les haies n'étaient pas coupées etc..."

"Amazing Stay! Very quiet and felt like your own little oasis. Not a ton of kids (they were all at four seasons) food was awesome, staff was very attentive and accommodating!! Only request is more cool local brands to shop at the stores! Mayb rotations of little food amnesties that come in the rooms. Thank you so much ! I’ll be back again! Don’t miss the ceviche tostada at the pool!!!! So good"
