I loved that there were snack and breakfast left out in the kitchen for guest to consume at their leisure. What I did not like was the steep long stairs to get up to the rooms. "The location of the WIllows Hotel is fantastic. It is in a vibrant part of Chicago, near the lake with many restaurants and cafes and businesses nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property itself, while charming and old, is also very tired and is in need of renovations to justify the price of a room."

"It was a good stay. The hotel was being renovated while we were there, so some areas were inaccessible due to construction, but the staff were friendly and did their best to help as needed. Overall, it's a cute hotel with fun sports-themed art. The gym is completely updated and new, which my sons used, and the bar/restaurant is also nice.
