"I reserved room through Expedia and when I arrived to the hotel I was informed that the room was not available. I was not refunded. Have yet to hear back from hotel manager per Expedia customer service chat. This is a scam. Be careful if you’re booking through Expedia. "

"The check-in process was a little stressful. We arrived a few minutes before the 5 PM check-in time and the owner was nowhere to be found. I called a couple of times with no response before we finally found her out and about doing chores. We were able to get her attention to be let into the property. The main living area is available for guest use but has a heavy odor of cats. The rented room and bathroom are clean and the odor is much more tolerable. "No issues, place was clean. The air conditioner was a bit loud at times as other reviews have stated. I didn't mind, but my 4 year old hated it. She woke up in the middle of the night from the noise and made it very clear she didn't want to stay there for another night. "

My only problem is I checked in on a Thursday but no housekeeping during my stay. I checked out on a Monday. I even called. Special shout-out to front desk staff, Walter and Kevin. They were so helpful and nice. "
