"Super welcoming staff with good breakfast"

"I didn't care for how the bed was made with one gigantic sheet and two huge pillow like comforters, one on either side of the bed. I also didn't care for the overly complicated coffeemaker. Both of these are extremely minor nitpicks, my problem is ultimately that I think I probably ended up paying more for these unnecessary and strange flourishes."

"The property was in a great location with wonderful staff, but for the price not the greatest. Rooms were okay, rips in the couches and bedding. Pool is really enclosed and dingy. Mold inside the hot tub. Place needs a refresh."

"Very modern hotel with a hip vibe, comfortable rooms (nice robes, comfortable bedding, nice tub and shower). The bar is very hip, the restaurant La Loba is excellent (delicious food and nice ambiance). You get free use of Dryp yoga studio across the street from the hotel, and it’s a great yoga studio. There is a mani / pedi nail salon nearby, and whole foods is right below. So very convenient."

"Price was better than other hotels in the area, the staff were nice and friendly at check in and they refunded our parking because it was supposed to be free parking when we booked without an issue. The beds were nice, the shower was great once we figured out how to use it. Could have used a garbage can and recycling bin in the room. We will definitely use this hotel again. Close to a lot and we were able to walk to our venue in about 25 minutes stopping for dinner on the way."

"Pros: this is one of the better priced hotels in Seattle. It is a short drive to the pier. The bed was clean. Free breakfast. Cons: The couch in the room was filthy. The roll in shower didn’t have the correct drainage system and water goes all over the entire floor, which creates a safety hazard for those with accessibility issues."

"We enjoyed our stay at Level One. It was clean, had lots of amenities and washer/dryer and kitchenette was a bonus. Would highly recommend."
