"Upon check-in, we did not get the 2 room types we reserved which were 2 queens in each and to compromise, we were given a 3rd room. But all rooms were single bed with pullout bed and not close to each other. This required my family to completely split up and wife and I to separate along with the kids. This caused a big inconvenience as we share toiletries, food, etc."

"The only thing good about this hotel was the staff. Other than that, the toilet ran all night. The shower was a pressure washer and leaked all over the floor. The AC was so loud that it woke you up every time it came on middle and the elevators were very Janky and made you feel like they would snap at any second."

The couch cushions were dirty and ripped. The pull out mattress had nasty stains all over. Every single towel had several hairs on them, the bed had hairs on them. The drawers had hairs and dust in them. It felt like a roach motel."
